Haus Seeluft

Free parking in the back courtyard and games to borrow in the hallway were nice extras. We also found a bottle of mulled wine waiting as a welcome gift, since we visited in winter. The clean, cozy apartment in Haus Seeluft was quite small, fine for two people for a few days. It was only a few steps from the beach. The bedroom also served as the sitting, living, and dining area, while the kitchen doubled as the hall and entryway. It felt very cramped and got smoky quickly, though we still managed to cook a meal.

Shops and restaurants are all easy to reach on foot, and the beach isn't far since the house is the second one on the dune. We could see the water from two rooms. A very nice vacation apartment with everything we needed.

The beach promenade and Duhnen's pedestrian zone are only a few meters away. From almost every window there's a sea view. The apartment is functionally furnished, old but very clean, and has good new mattresses. Just be ready for the unfinished buildings on the street and the climb to the 3rd floor, with no elevator. That's quite a workout.

The balcony view was great, and the bathroom with its shower and toilet was perfectly adequate. We, three adults, stayed for a week in this very nice apartment in Haus Seeluft. It was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. We'd love to come back!
