Rheinhotel Rheingarten

The room made for restful nights, with a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and tasteful decor. We were just steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views, and the location was perfect. I had a wonderful experience.

The sunrise was lovely, and the rooms were large. Breakfast was decent too.

By 10:15 am, there were no poached eggs or cappuccino glasses left. I don’t think guests should have to point that out, especially when reception had told us the buffet would be available until 11. We’d been looking forward to it, but the buffet quality also fell short of our expectations.

The restaurant was unfortunately closed on the evening we stayed, and the shower could have been better. Our room was good, though, with a great view. I especially appreciated the help from Mr Omer Tatici, Head of reception. When I mentioned I’d forgotten my computer lead, he went out of his way to find two alternatives in his office. That meant I could recharge my computer, which otherwise wouldn’t have been possible. Much appreciated!
