We were left at the train station with no way to get into the property until 5:00 PM. I tried several times to reach you after the stated 3:00 PM check-in, but got no reply at all. My family and I had planned our flights and arrival around that time, and I had also completed the required online check-in. The reservation had been confirmed about three weeks beforehand. With no response or access to the property, we had to book a hotel at the last minute, adding unexpected costs and a lot of inconvenience for my family. This was unacceptable when we had followed all the required steps.

The apartment looked promising inside: the rooms were clean and nicely furnished, even though the building's exterior wasn't very appealing. But there was no usable electricity. The fuse kept tripping, so staying there wasn't possible, and at 11 p.m. we had to find somewhere else for two nights. Junik's team agreed to refund us, but two months later I'm still trying to get the money back. I've been given excuses, told to wait, and sometimes ignored. I've never had service this poor or unprofessional. A nice-looking apartment doesn't make up for everything else failing. A complete disaster, never again.

The team at the JUNIK Apartment on Gartenstrasse was quick to respond and very cooperative throughout my pleasant stay. When something in the apartment was slightly damaged, they fixed it promptly and without any hassle. The service was excellent, and I'd happily recommend it.

The apartment had modern furnishings, but there were plenty of problems. One window wouldn't shut properly or tilt open, and the place was noisy. The bathtub sat under a sloping ceiling with no curtain, which made showering awkward. There were dishes left in the dishwasher, several damaged spots on the living room floor, and a burn hole in the sofa. The mattresses were very soft, which will suit some people and not others. Outside, both the building and yard were very dirty, the neighborhood was unattractive, and the location felt questionable. Parking was chaotic, and the key instructions were out of date. We spent two nights in Krefeld.
