A quiet, really nice spot with large rooms and friendly people. Good service too. Great for relaxing, walking, biking, hiking, and taking in the view.

There’s a water dispenser and a small kitchen for guests, plus different drinks in the fridge. The hosts were very nice and friendly. I’d gladly stay here again.

Although it was our first visit, the warm, easygoing hosts made us feel like we’d been coming for years. They were thoughtful throughout, right down to the carefully prepared breakfast. We were traveling as a group and booked several rooms, and everyone was delighted. The guesthouse is well placed, too: Durbach center is around a pleasant 15-minute walk away, with lovely views along the way. We’ll be back for sure, and from now on we’ll count ourselves as regulars.

We felt very comfortable in this well-kept house with its friendly hosts. It’s set in a charming landscape, not far from the Staufenberg Clinic, and is part of a working farm with a distillery. There are also three campervan pitches, though no sanitary facilities; water, electricity, and other basics are available. Breakfast was delicious, but you need to order it the day before. Excellent value for money.
