The staff made my stay feel special from the minute I arrived until I left. Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We had a lovely stay at this hotel right by Lübeck central station. Our dog was welcome everywhere, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind. We’d recommend it!

The location was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. Even though the hotel is near the train station, we could get a quiet room. They also held our luggage temporarily. Breakfast wasn’t included, and it was steeply priced even when purchased separately. Most reception staff were friendly, though some could have handled guest requests more professionally. We’d probably stay again when we’re back in Lübeck.

It was easy to get around from H+ Hotel Lübeck, with the train station and a bus hub next door. Several restaurants and places of interest were within a 10-15 minute walk, or less. The hotel has no onsite parking, but the nearby lot was incredibly cheap and only about a minute away on foot. The staff were helpful and knew the area well. After a long day, the onsite restaurant, with its Schnitzel-focused menu, was a nice place to unwind, and the bedding was comfortable.

Breakfast was great, and the rooms were nice but small. I found the front, road-facing rooms a bit noisy, so try for one facing the train tracks. There’s no room service or fridge. No ironing board in the room either, but you can have one brought up, and laundry done if needed.
