I paid $575 a night, and for that price, the pillows were probably the worst I've come across in 26 years of traveling. I wouldn't recommend this room if it costs more than $150 a night. They clearly have no problem charging way over that.

The room felt cozy and looked clean. They also provided Wi-Fi and public transport cards, and the Metro entrance is less than 100 metres away. At check-in, the receptionist was friendly and took the time to explain everything.

There isn't an elevator, which could be an issue if you have mobility problems, but it wasn't a problem for us. The hotel is close to everything, the staff were really helpful, and our room was very clean. Breakfast had plenty of fresh food, and the orange juice was amazing. Totally recommended.

Terrible experience. They cancelled my reservation two days before I was due to arrive.

Our room at Hotel am Hofgarten was clean and spacious, and breakfast was really good. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful that our whole experience at Hofgarten was amazing. I really recommend stopping by.
