Really good hotel, with friendly staff and perfect service. A nice place to come back to.

6/10
The staff were friendly, check-out was available 24/7, and my room was a decent size. Those are the reasons I'd give it three stars, and it's decent if you just need a bed for a very short stay. Their website says four stars, and I'm genuinely curious who rated it that way. There was mold from water damage on the ceiling. Even with the window open, the air still felt dusty, maybe from the curtains and rug. The staff cleaned daily, and I was comfortable using the surfaces, but that heavy feeling in the air came back after a while. Breakfast was an ordinary selection, nothing special. I didn't like the coffee, though I guess that's personal taste. The place definitely needs renovation. After that, I could understand a four-star rating. As it is, three stars is my pick.

The location and efficient service were both great. The hotel sits on the outskirts of Dusseldorf, with lovely walks along the Rhine only ten minutes away. There's also a small, pretty village nearby, and Merkur arena was an easy hour's walk. The bedroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. I'd recommend it for comfort and location.

In a nice part of Düsseldorf, this was a cozy, clean place with really friendly employees. My one complaint is the beds. They don't match the hotel's quality and need improving.
