The modern rooms were comfortable, and staff were happy to help with local questions. The location was easy to find and convenient, about five minutes from the subway station. Breakfast is included, though it’s a simple affair. It didn’t seem crowded, and while I can’t comment on parking, there were some roadworks out front at the time. For the price, I think this hotel offers good value.

The only real drawback was the standard double bed. If you want more space, ask for a room with two singles. We’ll do that next time. Everything else was excellent, including the nice, warm room and the bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent too, with fresh bread each morning and a choice of meats, boiled eggs, cereal, and fruit. The location made it easy to reach the main shopping areas in a 10-minute walk, with Altstadt another five minutes beyond.

The only problem I ran into was the parking garage. It was completely full every day I was there, just before the end of the year when I came to visit the Christmas market. Apart from that, the hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was large, easy to use, and worked well. Staff were friendly and ready to help without hesitation. Breakfast was good, and the dining room didn’t have too many other people, likely because breakfast was spread across a long period.

Breakfast was a real plus, with a nice range of bread, fruit, cheese, cereals, and drinks. Complimentary fruit was also always available in the lobby. The room was spacious and the bathroom was fine, though the double bed felt more like a 1.5-person bed. We slept three, so the third person used the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.
