We’d seen mixed reviews, but our stay was very good. The room was clean and spacious, and all our requests were taken care of. Reception wasn’t staffed for much of the day, but email and phone communication worked fine for us.

A clean room, free Wi-Fi, and a handy location near both a tram stop and the central station. There are also some shops and restaurants close by. We had a good stay.

A very complete breakfast and a quiet, clean hotel made our stay enjoyable. It’s conveniently located for walking to most of the main sights, with a beautiful park and a kids’ playground nearby. Keep in mind there’s no elevator if you have lots of luggage or, like us, a stroller.

Check-in was really easy, even though I arrived at 9pm, and there were no extra charges. The room was small and cute but had everything I needed. It was clean, and the location made it easy to get around Dusseldorf. A really nice stay.

The side-street location was convenient and quiet, just a 1-minute walk from the Marienhospital Straßenbahn stop. My room was comfortable, though small, and the window had no view. I couldn’t find any breakfast options. The entrance is a small door, easy to miss if you’re expecting a larger hotel. The main door stays locked, so before you’ve checked in and received a key, you need to ring and wait for someone to let you in. Late-night check-in is only possible by phone.
