Orangerie

The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had. The dishes come in tiny portions on mini plates, so you can sample lots of things. Everything looked lovely and tasted great. The room where breakfast is served was quiet, peaceful, and cozy. You can order a hot omelet too, though mine took about 20 minutes, so keep that in mind if you’re in a hurry. Coffee is made barista style. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and high quality, I had my best night’s sleep and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The rooms and bathrooms look freshly renovated, and the decor is beautiful, especially the wall colors. The location is great and quiet at night, with no car traffic. The staff were all friendly. The room keys are big and heavy, but reception is open 24/7 and you can leave them there when you go out. I’d love to stay again.

Parking was the main inconvenience: there’s no on-site parking, though street spaces are available nearby, at most a two-minute walk away. The rest of the stay was good. The hotel is close to attractions and everyday services, including shopping, restaurants, and tourist spots. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and laid out to feel open. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious.

Breakfast was a 10/10. The rooms are small but tidy and very clean, and the bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall. The door uses a traditional key rather than a magnetic card.

The owner really cared about our experience and went out of his way to guide us when we needed help during our trip. The staff were kind and attentive, and breakfast was delicious, with healthy choices and good variety. The restaurant staff were warm and professional, a lovely start to the day. I was here on personal business and would absolutely return to Düsseldorf.
