I didn't discover the indoor pool in the adjacent building until my last day, and I'm not much of an indoor swimmer anyway. The dining room was very cozy, with a fire going in cool weather. The restaurant food was excellent, though it closes on Tuesdays. I wanted a comfortable, convenient, budget-friendly base for a few days of cycling, and Linde worked well. It's a couple of blocks from the center, which is why it's cheaper, but I could walk into town in about 10 minutes. Apart from the closed day, it had everything I needed.

The room had a nice little balcony, and the small staff was friendly. I stayed here while looking for apartments, and breakfast was very German. Because of the location, getting breakfast included is probably best. It's the only place to get any unless you go to the altstadt every morning.
