Hotel Goldene Rose

The location worked well for getting around. The train station, places to eat, a gas station and bars were all about a 5-10 minute walk away. If you're out late and taking the train, check when the last one leaves this city or station. My single room had a twin bed, was comfortable and just big enough, though I'm used to larger rooms in the States. The staff were friendly, and most spoke some English, which helped. The restaurant food was very good, if a little expensive. It hit the spot when I checked in late and had no other choice. Wi-Fi was good enough for Netflix and other things I needed to do. There was no A/C, but I didn't need it in mid-September.
