The location is beautiful, close to the local hospital and train station. It’s very clean, and the staff are polite.

Everything else was perfect, but the WiFi was poor.

It’s a little out of the centre, but very quiet, so even families with kids can sleep well. We felt at ease here. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

For around €100 a night, I expected mattresses where you could barely feel the springs, so the value for money didn’t quite add up. Still, with two adults and one child, there wasn’t another hotel in Eberswalde that offered breakfast or an extra bed. Breakfast here was perfectly adequate if you don’t have special requirements. There’s parking for about five cars, but it’s full in the evenings and you have to look elsewhere. Getting into the lot is awkward, though apparently the building design leaves no other option. ;)
