10/10
We were in Eberswalde to bring our daughter to University, and this hotel worked really well for our family’s two-day stay. It’s close to the city center, with a very large parking lot. The hotel and rooms look lovely, and we liked the design and good service. Breakfast is available, and the staff were friendly. We were satisfied and would recommend it. It felt safe and comfortable, with a good price-performance balance 👍😇.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and a store and kebap place nearby. The hotel seems to have been renovated recently, judging by the nice, clean furniture and rooms, and I liked it overall. My only issue was the lack of a writing table or anywhere comfortable to work on my laptop.

The rooms are on the small side, though they’re decorated nicely. The service staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent overall.

6/10
It’s cheap, and there’s a market nearby, plus a gas station and a sort of fast food place. The service wasn’t good, though. My towels weren’t changed even after I left them on the floor. It’s more like a decent two-star hotel.

The rooms were clean, and the area around the hotel was quiet. A nice place.
