The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were kind and always ready to help. Breakfast was fantastic. Parking was free and easy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone.

The location was perfect, and check-in and check-out were both simple. We had a very peaceful stay, and the room was fine. I hadn’t realized it might be in the basement, though, or I would have asked for an upper floor. Breakfast was good enough.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had, especially compared with what we’re used to in the US. We also had dinner at the rustic yet upscale restaurant, which focuses on high-quality steaks, and the meat-aging cooler was phenomenal. Michael gave us excellent, personal service. Booking was easy, and pre-check-in was available. The hotel is close to the airport and Munich city. We’ll definitely be back next year.

From the staff to the room, everything felt impeccable. Our room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was amazing, and there’s parking in the underground garage. The location worked perfectly for us: it’s a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn, with quick trips to the airport or central Munich. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was great, and everything else about our stay was wonderful. The shower leaked every time we used it, all week, which really brought the experience down. Then we were charged 40 euros for a late checkout because our flight was delayed. Given that we’d put up with the leaking shower all week, I feel that charge should have been waived.
