Being close to the lakes was a plus, and it’s a nice place to stay. We liked the modern hotel and especially the very good tea at breakfast. But check-out at 9:30 a.m. felt too early. It was hard to have breakfast and get the room tidied without rushing, so I took off a star. We stayed just one night, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Staff are only there until 2 p.m., and although you can call until 8 p.m., we arrived later, so there was no way to reach them.

Really nice hotel, and easy to get to. It was very clean, with a nice bathroom and a good breakfast.

Parking was spacious, and leaving the car there was no problem. The beds were clean and the service was good. Late check-in is possible, and paying in the morning was no issue. Breakfast was decent for the price.

With children, not being able to check out after 10 a.m. was difficult. The service provided also felt expensive. I can’t understand how it was 30 degrees in the room when it was 15 outside. I wouldn’t want to stay here in hot weather.

The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. There’s a locked bike garage with plugs for e-bikes, which was handy for exploring the lakes around this corner of Bavaria by bicycle. Breakfast had a fantastic range of healthy choices to fuel up for another day of cycling.
