Hotel Adler

The front desk associates were kind and courteous, and the rooms were clean. I stayed for three nights and enjoyed every day, with delicious breakfasts and amazing customer service. I’d recommend it and will stay here again on my next trip.

The food was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The warm, hospitable staff made it special, especially the girl at the bar and the boy serving. They were so welcoming.

The restaurant serves good quality local food, and the cleaning standards are high. My bed was very comfortable too. Room styles vary quite a bit since the hotel has been expanded over the years, but they’re all good overall. It’s a good business hotel for the area, with useful services like a restaurant, gym and sauna, plus a good WiFi connection. Recommended locally.

Dinner was the worst part of our stay. We’d booked the three-dish menu online with the room and a table reservation, but nobody at the restaurant seemed to know about it. Two employees asked us to show the reservation and wanted to know our booking time, even though we’d asked at check-in whether we needed to set a time. They seated us, then the first dish arrived before we’d ordered drinks. We asked what the second dish included so we could choose drinks to go with it, but the employee didn’t know. The pork fillet main course was undercooked, as the photo shows, and I couldn’t eat it. I complained, and they gave us a free espresso. Very disappointing. When we arrived, nobody had given us information about dinner or breakfast, and the service was poor. The hotel room and sauna area were okay.
