We only stayed one night, but met lots of the staff and every one of them was wonderful. The front desk made a great first impression, and the stay just kept getting better. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both meals were fantastic, and the service was great. We also enjoyed the sauna. Thanks for a great stay!

We tried the "get to know" package twice, once on my own and once with friends. It came with a delicious four-course meal, and the owners were there and made us all feel welcome. The classic German-style atmosphere was cozy. The rooms, spa, and fitness rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. My only downside was the massage. Even after I asked for more pressure, it was too light for working out back knots. The masseuse was very friendly, but the massage wasn't deep enough for what I needed.

The spa is modern and nice, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel is right in the center of the small town. There's an Edeka food supermarket two minutes away on foot. The staff are lovely, and the modern rooms have thoughtful details, like labels on the light switches (thank yooou !!!) and alpine wood. If you ask nicely, they'll even put a stool in your bathroom. For visitors from Switzerland, there are a couple of good, professional Thai Massage places nearby, charging 55-Euros per hour. This place is a gem.

My room on the 4th floor was huge, clean, and beautiful, with a big balcony and a giant bathroom with a good shower. The soft king-size bed was comfortable, and the morning sun woke me up. Staff were absolutely friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of sweet and savory choices. Absolutely worth it!
