After two days as guests, we asked to extend our stay by another two nights. Instead of being given an ordinary explanation, we were abruptly told to leave the hotel right away, for no apparent reason. We hadn't done anything wrong and had behaved appropriately. The staff were rude and disrespectful, and we couldn't understand it. A very disappointing experience. We unfortunately can't recommend the hotel.

The spa was excellent, and the massages were amazing. A really lovely hotel and a fantastic stay, we'd happily come back.

The restaurant is well worth recommending, and its staff were friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was disappointing. On a previous visit, the view had been beautiful, but this time weeds in the garden and plastic loungers outside spoiled it, including the view from indoors. The place also seemed less well maintained than before. The infinity pool was closed, and there seemed to be little effort to fix the technical issue or offer compensation. A free drink or something similar would have been enough as a gesture of good service. Since the pool is the highlight, this really took away from the short break I'd planned. Drinks and sauna activation are available on request.

From the balcony, Eichstätt at night looks breathtaking. The hotel is beautifully situated, and the room was spotless. They provided a complimentary spa bag, which was perfect for using the two pools, the large sauna, and the steam room. The views from the pools and gallery are priceless, and the atmosphere and amenities leave nothing to be desired.
