I stopped in while cycling. I had to wait an hour for someone to open the place, but once inside, it was great. The interior is fabulous and it's right downtown. The people here love cyclists and cycle themselves.

The owner was really friendly, and I could leave my bicycle in the ground-floor hallway. The four rooms are upstairs, at the top of two flights of stairs in a very old building dating from the 1500s. There's a performance space on the ground floor, while the owners live on the top floor. It can get noisy in the evenings because children live upstairs, and the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable.
This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far, and the hospitality was the best I've experienced.
I felt completely safe and comfortable in the room. It's simple but very well furnished, adequate, and more than enough for one person. The welcome was friendly and uncomplicated, and the people are genuinely easygoing. Thanks, Martin! The guesthouse is right in the center, in a beautiful, very old half-timbered historic house.
The rooms are beautiful, right in the historic city center. It's hard to imagine a more central spot. Highly recommended!
