10/10
I was in Eisenhüttenstadt for a month of field engineering work, and the hotel made me feel at home straight away. The staff were very friendly and professional, and I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to everyone there for being so kind. The room was spacious and nice. There was even a fan waiting for me, which came in handy during the summer. I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Well-earned 5/5!

The rooms were clean and cosy, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast, dinner and dessert were all great. I’d come back any day.

4/10
There aren’t many places to choose from in Eisenhüttenstadt, but the room itself was very spacious. It had a fridge and a small cooktop, though neither worked anymore. The room wouldn’t get warm, even with it 5 degrees Celsius outside. The bathroom felt dated, the toilet seat kept falling unless you held it down, and a wall shelf was rusty. Something else had broken off the wall too, though I don’t know why.
