ApartHotel Rose Ellwangen

The front desk team made us feel welcome straight away, always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with questions. We were surprised there was no air conditioning, though apparently that’s common around here. The staff quickly brought an electric tower fan, and it made the room comfortable enough for a great night’s sleep. We’re here for three nights, and the first one was wonderful. The hotel is spotless, with a fresh scent throughout, and the modern boho decor is lovely. Our spacious room had all the amenities we needed, a very comfortable bed, and a bathroom with a heated towel rack. There’s also a small kitchenette for making a hot meal. The TV picture is great, with lots of channels, all in German. Breakfast has a fantastic range of food. We highly recommend this place and will be back. Thanks to all the staff!

The service was the standout, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was in the area for a wedding and they let me check in early, then gave me a spacious, modern room. Parking was free and straightforward, and the breakfast buffet was perfectly good. As someone with coeliac disease, I was especially pleased that gluten-free options at breakfast were no problem. I stayed one night and would gladly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thanks!

A great spot for a holiday. The hotel is brand new and very clean, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were so kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet proved just as good as the owner had said: lots of variety, generous amounts, and a lovely peaceful, welcoming setting. The hotel itself is beautiful and romantic, in a quiet spot close to town. They’ve blended the 17th-century building with modern comforts really well, and the historic details throughout show how much care went into the decor. The rooms feel inviting, and are modern, clean, and well kept. I hadn’t tried the food or breakfast when I first thought about it, but I was optimistic they’d be good too, and the buffet delivered.
