We really liked how the room was set up during our family stay, with my wife and two kids. Finding the entrance took a little figuring out since it isn’t right on the roadside. Check-in took a while. I hadn’t received the check-in details promptly, and somehow the booking hadn’t captured our two kids. A phone call and an additional bank transfer to the hotel sorted it out, and I promptly got the check-in information afterward. Just so you know, it’s a self check-in hotel.

The Pandora restaurant, which you can get to from the hotel, always serves fresh, amazing food. The receptionist was also very nice, friendly, and polite. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Germany. Every room feels like home, with a living room and kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a spacious shower. It’s all very modern and functional. Some rooms have a balcony too. Highly recommended, just perfect!

The new hotel made for a pleasant stay, but we had a few problems. The ceiling LED lights started flickering in the middle of the night and woke us up. In one room, the shutters wouldn’t close all the way, and in another they suddenly went up, which disturbed us. It’d also help to mark the electric car parking spaces clearly. A non-electric car was in the spot meant for charging, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle.

We waited outside for half an hour. There’s always someone at reception.
