Loftstyle Hotel Eningen, Sure Hotel Collection by BW

I first booked for a month as a trial, but decided to stay longer. I've spent a lot of time traveling over the last seven years and stayed in all kinds of hotels at different prices and star ratings, so I wanted to share my view of this one. The rooms are spacious, with a wonderful bed, a large flat-screen TV, a fridge, a small kitchen, a desk for work, and plenty of outlets. There's also a big, comfortable armchair for reading or relaxing with the TV. The bed was my favorite part, it really felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom is roomy and well lit, and even has disco lighting. The hotel is quiet, close to the center of Eningen, and also convenient for Reutlingen center, with bus lines just a few steps away. There are three large stores nearby if you want to cook for yourself, and ordering food is easy and quick too. The hotel was always clean. The women who do the cleaning are hardly noticeable, but clearly do their work professionally. I've worked in hotels and restaurants for more than ten years, and that stood out to me. Most of all, the staff make this a place I'd recommend for either a short or a long stay. They're amazingly friendly, always ready to help with whatever you need, and greet you warmly with a genuine smile, even when you return from your usual day out at any hour. Frau Simone was especially polite and warm, and ready to help with anything. I hope she gets a raise, she's earned it! Miss Marie leads the team and keeps things running smoothly for both guests and staff. If you don't speak German, that's fine too: Frau Simone can help, and English is welcome and spoken here. I found everything excellent. It was always quiet and clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The prices, room sizes, and service were top-notch, and there was always parking available. My packages and letters also arrived on time. From my point of view, 10/10.
