Alte Weberei

The staff were very friendly, but the apartment was appalling. It cost €90 a night, yet the place was shabby, uncomfortable, and dirty throughout. The bedroom is a walk-through room leading to the bathroom, and neither door shut properly. The front door had a gap you could see through, and the laminate floor was badly cracked. The beds were worn out and unmade; the couch in the living room was broken and worn, and the furniture was shabby. The shower was unhygienic, the sink fixtures filthy, and the light kept flickering. In the next room there was a bunk bed, a daybed, and two dressers, with dirty curtains and walls and ceilings smeared with dead insect blood. The ceiling also had water stains. It doesn't even deserve one star, but the review system requires at least one.

The quiet setting and leafy outdoor area made it easy to relax, and those huge old trees were wonderful. We really enjoyed the apartment too, especially its atmosphere with the old beams. The sleeping nooks felt cozy, and the custom-fitted bed frames showed how much work had gone into the design. Unfortunately, the mattress didn't fit properly, so we slept at an angle the whole time, which wasn't great. The landlord was always ready to listen if we needed anything, and we'd gladly return.

We felt right at home, and the pool was a real highlight. It was also great to be able to bring our dogs. There are lots of attractions close by, and plenty more for us to discover, so we're planning to return next year. The vacation was wonderful and definitely worth it. Thank you! 👍👍👍👍👍

The apartment was really dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. Thankfully, we didn't need to use the kitchen. The staff were very friendly, which is why I gave two stars.
