6/10
The location is peaceful and lovely, but the rooms are very basic and feel cramped for a family. Dinner at the hotel was just average. Breakfast was basic too, and what really brought it down for me was that they didn't refill the bucket. By the time people after us came down, there wasn't enough food left, even basics like butter or boiled eggs.

The rooms were clean, though the decor looked a little tired. It's a beautiful location for walkers and cyclists, and breakfast was excellent.

This place is so traditionally German it blew my mind, and the food was great. I've never had a better "rostbraten".
