It's a quiet spot, so you can keep the windows open without noise. The rooms are very good, breakfast was good, and there's parking on site. The major attractions are just a short walk away. Whenever I'm in Erfurt, I'll try to stay here.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the service very friendly, and the price extremely reasonable. We had a lovely family-friendly room, though bunk beds in the children's sleeping area would have made it even better. It's right at the edge of the historic centre and has parking too. Thank you, Hotel am Kaisersaal!

The parking garage is tiny and tight, with very few spaces. But there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean, the place has a quaint feel, and breakfast was delicious. Most of the staff speak English as well as German.

The location is superb, just metres from Krämerbrücke and other parts of the Altstadt, and breakfast was really nice. I liked the funny reminders to get people there on time, especially the breakfast time traffic light in the hotel info folder. The hotel itself is simple, and its overall branding felt dated. Getting from the parking area to reception was confusing. The receptionist made a big deal about letting us use the parking for another couple of hours, even though the underground lot wasn't even half full.

We had a great time and the whole experience was amazing. The service was just as good. Buk, loved everything. Anu, loved the yummy food. Pops, slept the whole time!
