Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. I had a great stay in Erfurt, and it was good value for money.

We’ve only eaten at the restaurant, never stayed in the hotel. With the new management, the place has been redone really well, and the service and atmosphere are great. We had a very nice experience and would definitely recommend it.

It’s okay for a beer, wine, coffee, or something to eat. If you want a satisfying dinner, pick a different restaurant.

The cake was good, and it’s a nice spot. Nothing extraordinary, just fine.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was acceptable. The room was clean and okay, though the hotel feels a bit dated. The entrance ceiling light didn’t work, and the bathroom fan was very loud and couldn’t be switched on separately. The mattresses were quite soft. There was also a surprise with the shower taps: blue meant hot, not cold, and the other way around 🙈. Getting there is easy enough, though the road beside the tram tracks is narrow. There’s parking at the hotel, but leaving may be tricky if it’s full and people park wherever they like. They don’t ask for your license plate at check-in. Online check-in is possible, but reception isn’t staffed all day and night. You get into the hotel with a code, and the room key is in a code-protected lockbox. I won’t comment on the €15-per-person breakfast price, it feels like everything is expensive these days.
