We booked the whole place for our group of 16. The rooms were modern, clean, and nicely furnished, with great beds and bathrooms. The shared kitchens work really well for groups. We’ll come back.

The apartments are modern and comfortable, and the complex was very clean and well maintained. Still, I found them impractical for a holiday: there’s a huge staircase and high ceilings, and most apartments had no separate bedroom or just one. We had two apartments for four adults and four children, yet only three or sometimes two beds were made up in each, with towels for just three people. The echo through the place also made it feel cold and uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the landlady’s service. A double credit card charge came up during booking, so we contacted her by phone and email, but she offered no help. She also declined to meet in person to sort it out. It’s a shame, because the apartment is nicely located and pleasant, but with service this poor, I can’t recommend it.

It’s very quiet and clean, with cozy, stylish, charming rooms. Thanks very much, we’ll definitely return!

The place is modernly furnished and comfortable, very clean, and reasonably priced. We stayed for two nights, and the location was fantastic, with the city center an easy walk away. Very friendly too. I’d gladly recommend it, and if we visit the wonderful city of Erfurt again, this will be our first choice.
