The location was great, with public transport nearby and lots of food and shopping around. Our room was very clean, though small, with two single beds pushed together. It had an open shower in the room, which didn't bother me, and they do also have rooms with regular bathrooms.

The rooms are on the small, simple side, and breakfast doesn't have a huge selection, but it was decent. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. A good modern hotel in a great spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at H2 in Erfurt. It's easy to get around from here, with public transport close by and all the Old Town attractions within a comfortable walk. The rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was good, and the service was great. Highly recommend it.

The bed was really comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable too. I had a great experience here, with a lovely breakfast and a beautiful, efficient hotel in a great location. I'd highly recommend it.

That $23.00 early check-in charge, compared with the regular after-3:00 pm check-in, felt ridiculous and like they were ripping us and other guests off. The rooms themselves are very basic, with no closet or drawers and little storage. There's no coffee, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight and the location is excellent, but those limitations make this a poor fit for business travelers, families, tourists, or anyone used to more comfort.
