10/10
The room was tidy, very clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good heating. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Alma Hotel is close to the main train station (Bahnhof), with essential shops and services nearby, so getting around was easy. The room quality felt close to five-star in cleanliness, comfort, and quietness. I highly recommend it for business or leisure, and would choose it again when I visit Erfurt.

The city of Erfurt is beautiful, and this is a very nice hotel with a great breakfast. The sauna looked clean and really good. The day staff were nice, but I was surprised by how rude the night reception staff were. I honestly couldn't believe it. 😂

I booked at the last minute because I needed a cheap place to sleep, and got there about 20 minutes after booking online. My room was already ready. I was worried because nearby places cost more than this one, and expected it to be shabby, but it was clean and nice, really perfect. I wish I could have stayed longer! The free breakfast in the morning was just the little bit of fuel you need to start the day. Glad I got to stay. Tschüss

The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and everything was well maintained. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice German-style spread, with excellent service. Recommended!
