The room was lovely for our one-night stay with three people, and the beds were comfortable. It was nicely furnished and had a small kitchenette. We also found the hotel quiet at night even though it's close to the city center. The location worked well for both the old town and the exhibition center. We had booked a parking space, which was rather tight because of the building layout, but still preferable to searching for parking in the old town. They even let us leave the car past checkout. Everything for our arrival was handled through the app. That could take some getting used to if you're not comfortable using your phone, though we found it great. We didn't need the Wi-Fi, despite a complaint about it in the guestbook. We had a very pleasant stay, would happily come back, and I'll recommend it to anyone visiting Erfurt.
