The room had a great industrial look, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, lots of space, and was very clean. But it was so hot we couldn't sleep at all. It made no sense to have the room heated to around 26 degrees. Even with the air and heating system switched off, we had to open the window in January just to get through the night. We slept terribly. Such a major problem really spoils an otherwise lovely place.

The studio apartments feel very new and modern, and have everything you need. The location is ideal, close to the city center but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Highly recommend!

Big rooms, a stylish setting in an old coal warehouse, and good value for money. Checking in on our own was easy, and the kitchenette was well equipped.

We never stayed at this hotel, but they took our money. I booked one night for my family of four, then decided to cancel three months ahead because my destination was too far away. I hadn't checked the terms and conditions, so they charged almost the full amount. When I realized my mistake, I emailed to apologize and asked if they could reinstate the booking instead of leaving us out about £350. Less than 24 hours after I cancelled, they said the room was no longer available, even though the same room and dates were still offered on the third-party site where I'd made the booking. They had the choice to sort this out so both sides were satisfied, but chose to keep the money without providing the stay. I know the mistake was mine, but their unwillingness to act honorably says a lot about how this place is run. Please DO NOT BOOK unless you're fine with a young family losing hundreds of pounds over an honest mistake and an unanswered request to fix it. They seem interested in taking your money, not helping guests or providing good service. Savages, THIEVES!
