I was thrilled with Apartment 3. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels for work, but these charming little apartments in a traditional half-timbered style are in a league of their own. Very clean, a fully equipped kitchen, and surprisingly quiet. The central location means everything is walkable. It was simply perfect.

Apartment 26 was spotlessly clean and in a great location, and the landlord was very nice. Everything else was fine, but the bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were really bad, so I’ve taken off a star.

The location was perfect and the accommodation was nice, but cleanliness was disappointing. There was dust and cobwebs, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and the dish sponge was dirty and old.

It was easy to communicate with the hosts, and they were very friendly. The apartments were tidy and clean, with a cozy renovated old-building feel. The kitchen and bathroom were functional and a good size. Everything in the old town is within about a 10-minute walk, and the price was excellent for a short break. We felt at home and would love to return for the lovely Christmas market! Just be aware that the stairs are steep because it’s an old building, and the apartments aren’t wheelchair accessible. If that’s not an issue for you, it’s a very comfortable stay.
