Altstadthaus Buddha

We really enjoyed our time in this peaceful little haven and would love to return. The holiday home sits in a sheltered, enclosed courtyard with parking, so you get privacy and quiet in this lovely oasis in a residential area. It's about a 15-minute walk through Little Venice to the cathedral square. The home was immaculate and spacious, with two large, very comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and large dining area, a shower that isn't walk-in, a toilet, a washing machine, and a walk-in wardrobe. Outside there was a cozy seating spot, a covered seating area, and a barbecue. The friendly owner welcomed us warmly and explained everything. They also provided an information folder, several books about the area, and plenty of other books, games, and CDs. Excellent value for money. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a friendly welcome, working Wi-Fi, a clean place, and a great sofa. There's plenty of room for up to four people, and the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace was great, and a very tame redstart was hunting insects among the wall plants. Parking in the courtyard was really convenient. The shower, with its two steps, takes some getting used to and could be a bit bigger, but that's nitpicking.

The landlady was always available and helpful, and we'd definitely rent this inviting apartment again. We felt right at home in the lovely, well-equipped place. There's parking in the courtyard, an Edeka supermarket a five-minute walk away, and the city center is ten minutes away.

The owners are very friendly and shared lots of ideas for things to do and eat in Erfurt. The apartment has plenty of room, a cozy outdoor area, a great bathroom, and even a walk-in closet. Its high-quality furnishings feel carefully chosen, and the kitchen has everything you could need. We give it five out of five in every category. Highly recommended!
