We all had a really good dinner, and the rooms and bathrooms have been brought up to date. The rooms keep an old-school look, though. We were there for work, and the whole team enjoyed the stay. It's a quiet spot on the outskirts, just what we were after. The staff were genuinely friendly, and we'd definitely return.

The staff looked after everyone so well during the party, and I especially want to thank them for all their hard work. My wife and I stayed at the hotel last night after a birthday party. The room was lovely, the food was great, and it's a great place for a party. We felt warmly welcomed from the time we arrived until we left.

The dinner menu marks its gluten-free options clearly, and breakfast can be made gluten- and lactose-free. The owner speaks English too. Great hotel!

The beds and linen were really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and in good order. The staff were friendly too. This historic house is peaceful countryside lodging close to Würzburg, a nice place to relax. In summer, you can sit in the courtyard, but later in the year there isn't a living room for a glass of wine and a chat, so you have to sit in the bedroom. The rooms feel a little old-fashioned, and the lighting is too bright and not very cozy.
