The app-based room access and electronic check-in made everything very easy, and I could get coffee from the machine whenever I wanted. I was in Erlangen for five days of training at Omicron and chose the place on my company’s recommendation. I was happy with it from start to finish. My apartment was spacious and cleaned every day, the sheets were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks to the team. I’d definitely recommend it.

The free coffee was a nice extra, and the location worked well for both business and exploring the city. It was peaceful while still close to things. I liked the smooth electronic check-in too. There’s no regular reception desk, but the process was quick and easy, and I was in my room within minutes. The room was spotless, felt new, and had a lovely simple design that made it easy to relax. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The Kepos Hotel felt private and comfortable, and I’d gladly return to Erlangen and recommend it to other travelers.

We chose The Kapos in Erlangen mainly because of its location, especially convenient for anyone visiting Erlangen Hospital, and ended up pleased with every part of the stay. The restaurant was a highlight, with a cosy atmosphere, delicious food, and a generous, hearty breakfast. The whole place felt relaxed. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Erlangen.
