The staff made us feel truly welcome, always smiling and ready to help, even though my German isn't very good. We're hoping to book all the rooms at Hotel Balthazar's for a family reunion in 18 months. We came because my cousin recommended the place. I'm recovering from back surgery, so we couldn't stay at their house with all its stairs. Hotel Balthazars is just around the corner from my cousin's home, and it has free parking, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's also close to an autobahn ausfahrt. Our suite was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with a real king-sized bed, a big walk-in closet, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The walk-in shower was so roomy you could have a party in it. It was completely quiet, too. We never heard another guest. The hotel is beautifully modern, spotlessly clean, and has friendly, professional staff and a delicious breakfast. I can't say enough good things about it.

A stylish, modern new hotel with great service. It's quiet, has free parking, and works well if you're planning a visit to Frankfurt.

The spacious room and huge bathroom both showed the care put into every detail. Everything seemed chosen with quality in mind, making this almost the perfect hotel to me. Thanks to the staff, especially Katja and Laura, for making our stay as pleasant as possible. The owner deserves congratulations for running such an impressively detail-focused place.

We liked the modern rooms and the breakfast was good, but getting to the rolls took a while. They were in a corner where people were cutting bread, so guests had to wait. They should put them somewhere else. The tables were empty, and we had to look around for plates and knives. The knives and bowls were missing at first, so we had to ask. The coffee machine was okay, and the breakfast was standard but good. We had reserved three rooms, then canceled one the day before, around 10 p.m. They charged the full price, even though they presumably rented the room to someone else. After we complained, they lowered the cancellation fee to 50%. That was better, but not perfect.

The accessible room was one of the best I've ever stayed in. I loved all the details at the hotel, and had an awesome experience. It's about 30 minutes from Frankfurt, and I'd highly recommend it.
