I booked my in-laws for a week with half board, and they couldn't stop praising it. The rooms were beautiful and had balconies, the food was excellent, and the service was warm and attentive. Fantastic, top-notch, and highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For a place renting out "comfort rooms," I'd expect at least a clean toilet, working electrical outlets, and rooms without spiders. Don't count on Wi-Fi. Breakfast is a hefty €11, and for that price you'd think the plates were gold. Never again.

We had nothing to complain about during our recent holiday at "Haus am Park." The meals were varied and delicious, and every member of staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and well furnished. I can't understand the often negative reviews, and we'll definitely come back. Sincerely, Bernd Keller

For the price and a room called "comfort," this setup is absurd. There isn't a wardrobe, just a short row of shelves, so there's nowhere to unpack your suitcase.

The setting beside the spa park is fantastic, and the food is especially good on holidays and special occasions. This is a family-run hotel with a friendly, family atmosphere among the guests. Most people staying there are over 70, 80, or even 90, and many are older women living alone. I used to come with my mother, who is over 80, and we shared some lovely times here. But now, in my mid-40s, I wouldn't choose it for a trip alone or with my partner. Too many things fall short of what I expect. In my view, nearly all the rooms need renovation. They have carpeting, wobbly lamps, and some still have a sink in the room, like room 17. The mattresses are generally worn out, though they can be replaced if you ask. Why should you have to ask? The bathrooms are particularly bad, in my opinion. They're very old and cramped, not suitable for elderly guests using walkers, and the shower has a high step to get in. The cancellation terms, at 80% to 100%, also seem completely outdated to me. Tea with dinner used to be free, but now costs around €1 depending on the pot size. I find that unnecessary and embarrassing. They also charge for phone minutes used for calls from the room, which feels unusual these days.
