Central Hotel Eschborn

The check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the welcoming and efficient receptionists. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and I felt right at home. My room was spotless and a comfortable place to unwind. Central Hotel Eschborn exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

The location is handy, just a few steps from the train station, with a grocery store, pharmacy and a couple of bistros next door. The breakfast buffet is on the small side, but very good and has a nice choice of items. My room was clean and well stocked with toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, from reception to the cleaning ladies, who greeted guests and helped with doors.

We were left outside for nearly two hours because the front door was shut and nobody answered our calls. I can't recommend this place. To the hotel's reply: it's not professional to post an inaccurate response. I arrived at 1:10 AM, had received no email from the hotel, and was calling its number but only got an automatic reply. Please be fair and don't say something untrue.

The hotel has a Kenyan restaurant inside, though it's closed on Mondays. I also noticed that breakfast items like butter, jam and yogurt came with no packaging material, which is remarkable. This is a business hotel, so it makes sense if you're visiting for work nearby.
