It's pretty far from everything, so you'll need a car or a cab to get around, and the closest train station is a 20 minute walk. Still, for the affordable price I'd definitely stay again. The room and bed were clean and well looked after, and the facilities were great. The bathroom could use a little maintenance since it smelled a bit.

The room was badly run down, with stained walls, a broken ceiling, and spiders and bugs all over. It smelled awful too. There were blood-like or small red stains around the bathroom mirror. As a 23 year old woman, I hadn't been warned I'd be sharing the bathroom with another guest, an older middle-aged man, and I was so frightened I went all night without using the toilet or shower. Truly disgusting. The pictures can speak for themselves.

The staff stood out most for me. They were efficient, friendly, and ready to sort out any issue I might have. The rooms are clean, with very new furniture, though the setup is simple and has what you need. Prices are reasonable, and the hotel is handy for Frankfurt, especially if you're working at one of the companies based nearby.

We came as a larger group and would be happy to return. During the Frankfurt fairs, this is a great option, and even if the price can be high, it was still much better than other hotels. Breakfast had lots of variety: pastries, good bread choices, hot scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon, cold buffet items, fruit, pretty much everything you could want. They cleaned daily and left fresh towels. The reception staff were kind and always helpful. :)
