I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels across the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Romania over the past five years. I’ve never had a receptionist who spoke Romanian until this stay. He switched so naturally that for the first 20 seconds I was speaking English to a German guy while he answered in Romanian. He also recognized me, speaks lots of languages, and was smiling, laughing, and ready to help without delay. More than a receptionist, he’s a five-star concierge. The room was clean and tidy. As I arrived, I had flashbacks because I’d been here before without realizing it was a return visit.

The first room had no working hot water, but after we told the staff, they moved us to another one. The bed was comfortable, the pillow soft, and the towels clean. There’s good parking, and the staff were great and helpful. Worth it, and I’d recommend it.

The low price didn’t make up for the stress, inconvenience, and bad communication. The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. If I could, I’d give it zero stars.

It’s quiet and calm here, with a comfortable mattress, though I found the pillow too thin. The room was clean and had a pleasant color scheme. The place feels cozy, the staff are great, and there’s good parking. It’s also conveniently close to the highway. Breakfast was tasty and served in a cozy restaurant.

The hotel is close to the town center and good value for money. My spacious room was beside the avenue, but I had no noise trouble. Staff were friendly and breakfast was okay. There’s parking at the front, plus another area at the back that feels more private.
