It could be a really nice house, but it needs some regular attention. The landscaped garden badly needs a gardener, and the conservatory's lovely floor tiles hadn't been cleaned. One sheet had a stain and a hole, too. The instruction booklets in the linen package were good quality. With so many chemical cleaners being used, we expected the kitchen to be more hygienic.

The location is good, but the place feels neglected. There is covered parking, though a neighbor had deliberately blocked it. I wouldn't recommend it.
