The staff were so sweet and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and cozy. Five out of five. It's near a church, so you'll hear the bells often.

Requests are handled quickly, and the hotel is very conveniently located near the S-Bahn station. We've stayed several times and always feel comfortable. The rooms are lovely and spacious, breakfast is delicious, and everything looks very appealing. We'll be happy to return.

The staff were warm and helpful, and breakfast was wonderfully fresh. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large wardrobe. One problem: the shower seal was broken and water spread across half the bathroom. Also, the suggested parking garage shuts at 8 pm on Saturdays, so keep that in mind if you arrive on a weekend.

We’re here for a longer stay because of water damage at home, and the hotel management has been incredibly accommodating. We haven’t been short of anything. Everything is neat and clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the whole place feels top-notch. I’d happily come back anytime. I can’t think of a complaint, and other hotels could learn from how this one is run. Even five-star places don’t compare.

We didn’t book breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. The price was reasonable, and the hotel was quiet even though it’s close to the city center. Our room had plenty of space and was very clean. A lovely place to stay.
