It's okay.

The loft is below street level in a cellar, and it's very humid with a moldy smell. It's definitely not suitable for 9 people, more like 4 at most, since there weren't enough beds or mattresses. All the beds were in one small room, and we had to set them up ourselves. The blankets weren't the cleanest either. The bathroom is a tiny 1.5 x 0.50 cubicle with no window or extractor. The shower is in the next room and leaked, so the first person to use it flooded the floor and nobody else could shower. Disgusting.

There are only four proper beds; the rest are guest beds, and the rooms aren't really separated, which may or may not suit you. The loft is maintained well, but being in the basement means the air quality is poor.

I've stayed here several times, and each visit it's been better. The location is excellent, and the place is well maintained. It's the small details that make the difference.
