The staff were polite and professional, and they promptly handled my early check-in request. The location is convenient, with shops, bars, and restaurants all around. Still, for the rate I paid, I expected more from a hotel chain. The room was basically just a bed, TV, bathroom, table, and chair, with no kettle, coffee sachets, or water bottle. There was one paper cup, and it wasn't replaced after I used it. No wardrobe either, just a few shelves and hanging rails. The stay was pleasant apart from the lack of amenities.

The Christmas Market was right outside the door, and the central location was excellent. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and not too small. Breakfast was simple but had all the right things, and the quality was good. It's a bit pricey because of the Christmas Market markup, though other nearby hotels aren't cheaper. A few more amenities and complimentary coffee or tea at the bar or in the room would have been nice.

The location is good, but rooms are very small, even though they were clean. Service is basic, with no slippers, shoe sponge, or sewing kit. It costs too much during K Show.

Really loved my stay. The rooms were clean, the bar was fantastic, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was great too, including vegan options 🥰. Thanks for such a lovely visit, I'd happily recommend it! 💯

The breakfast was disappointing, and the rooms are very small for what they charge per night. The toilet and shower are even tighter. It feels like you're paying a lot for the location and getting a tiny room in return. There are better, cheaper hotels in Essen Center with bigger rooms and balconies.
