The location was ideal, right in the center and near the train station, so I'd definitely return. The staff were polite and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. My room was clean, roomy, and really comfortable, with a great bed. I had an amazing stay!

We booked the Silver Sunday offer, which included tickets for the Thermes, and were very pleasantly surprised by how great everything turned out for the price. We were very happy with our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom was honestly one of the best we've had in a hotel. It had both a bathtub and a shower cabin, a separate door for the toilet, and two entrances. It really had dream-home vibes.

I had a horrible experience. They took 400+ euros from me, while the hotel staff were unhelpful and unreasonable. They hid behind weak excuses to take the money and cancel a booking at the same time. Avoid this hotel like the plague.

The rooms were amazing and spacious, and the gym was great. I was glad the hotel had arranged vegan breakfast options before I arrived. Staying in the centre was a real help as I was travelling alone and could still go out in the evening. The hotel itself was great, but I'd like them to add a water cooler. Staying hydrated matters, and that service wasn't available. Water is a necessity that should be standard in every hotel. I had one bottle on the first night, then none.

We rented 2 Deluxe rooms, both cozy and spacious, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I've had back and neck pain since the first night, and my colleague said exactly the same. That took a lot away from the hotel experience.
