The location is great if you want some quiet, with a Penny grocery store about a five-minute walk away and a few restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes on foot. For public transport to Munich, the nearest bus stop, Grobonbch, has bus 771 to Lohhof sud, where you can take the S1 to Munich Central. I spent about five nights at AmperVilla with friends, and it was a fabulous stay. Receptionists Alex and Carolin were so helpful and kind, and the restaurant staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile, especially the Sri Lankan staff member. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and you could ask for a different kind of egg. Thanks for the lovely hospitality at AmperVilla. I hope to come back.

Breakfast had plenty of options, though the dining area felt cramped. The long shared tables meant sitting beside strangers, and smaller tables would have been more comfortable. Staff spoke limited English, which sometimes made things harder, and the cleaner came into our room twice without knocking. That felt uncomfortable. The place looks attractive, but also a bit neglected and disorganized. There was no air conditioning, so the room could get very hot at night. In August, mosquitoes came in through the windows, which had no screens, and I was badly bitten. The hotel has some advantages, but needs better organization and attention to detail for a fully comfortable stay.

I come here twice every year. The kitchen is extraordinary, and breakfast is heavenly. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and the garden is a lovely place to spend time.

Everyone gave off really good vibes, and the waiters deserve extra credit for being both professional and super friendly. The place is dog friendly, with a nice area nearby for walks. Very clean, and the staff are polite and welcoming. If you're in the area, stay here 😃

I was a little concerned to read that the Villa was in an industrial estate, but there's no need to worry. The house is beautiful, like a country home in the middle of the countryside. The rooms are lovely, and the bathroom is spacious, clean, and modern. There's plenty of free parking, and the restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly, and the other guests were friendly and well mannered too. A brilliant place, highly recommended 👌
