Fehmarnstrand 78 RH 8

The lake view is partly blocked by an ugly orange building, and the whole place is much too noisy if you want peace and quiet. The apartment itself is quite nice, but you can hear so much that it feels as if the children downstairs are running through your own rooms.

The house was clean, just as described online, and had everything we needed. We were four adults in house number 7, with its four bedrooms and sauna. The weather wasn't great, but we were comfortable indoors, using the fireplace every day and firing up the sauna too. The stay was great, and I'll definitely come back. Two thumbs up! Just two small gripes, really nitpicking. The advertised grill was a little round one with bent legs and no grate. It didn't bother us in the poor weather, but I hope they replace it before summer. The lovely round leather sofa in the living room had no cushions or blankets. Maybe that's for hygiene, but without them you slide around, can't get comfortable, and the flat backrests make lounging unpleasant.

We brought five people and two dogs for my mom's 60th birthday, and we'd happily book this holiday home again. The rooms are spacious, there's plenty of room, and the beach is right nearby. Someone was always available when we had a question or problem. Highly recommend it!

Apartment 5 is spread over two floors and has everything set up for a relaxing stay: a sunny-until-midday terrace, a beach chair with sun all day 😎, bicycles, parking, a fireplace, and a private sauna. It's a really nice, fully equipped terraced house.
