It’s such a shame that Margaretenhof will be closing for good soon. I hope they’re able to keep the business going. We came for the Afternoon Tea menu and had a really nice time in the warm, cozy atmosphere. The interior mixes traditional and modern details nicely. Tea came with soft and grilled sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, plus homemade pralines and cookies.

The duck was ready right when we came to pick it up, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent too, they even called us back. Highly recommend.

We really liked the atmosphere and the service was good. The dishes were a creative, appealing selection, and everything we tried tasted excellent, including the pork belly, roast duck, and shoulder roast. We’d happily come back.
